Maybe NPR meant to write "Immigration Enforcement".

Not sure why they would write "aggressive", unless they have an ideological agenda.

Inmate51 I'm confused. Are you saying the spiriting of United States citizens during weekend nights out of the country and transporting them to a United States contracted detention facility in El Salvador without arrest and/or due process is NOT aggressive?
