He's about 6'5" and was leaning on it during my demo, but I don't think that it was a 'tamping' issue.
I remember thinking that a 5'8", no thanks.
It's a work of art to behold, however.

Probably a combination of too fine a grind and too heavily tamped. I use a Gaggia Classic, but would much prefer a manual for the greater control.
