This filet from McGoverns was damn good. Whether it's the cows or the aging, delicious, tender world class beef.

Follow Ups:
Uk,Ireland,Scotland the beef is good and gamey not a lot of muscle fat so ends up lean, great for a Sunday roast, the best of the lot comes from the Jersey isles.
Japan is ok also lean except for the wagyu variety and some of it is too much,I like them in burgers and shabu shabu
Korean and Chinese are similar in the feeds and also lean best for stewing
Argentina has some special stuff great for grilling
Uruguay has similar to Argentina but a bit more gamey
Brazilian is ok but they know what to do especially their grilling
In the USA the corn fed stuff from the west is amazing if it's dry aged the New York and Montreal strips and rib eye are great if you know a good butcher the fat is also a bit hard so trimming is needed
Australia has some good stuff but below us standards
Steak tartare in Lyons is just amazing and I think the reference standard for beef taste
The best I have eaten is from some farms around Florence it's so good ,steak or carpaccio
So it's breed and feed depending
The Middle East African and Indian has some good stuff but very lean they prefer lamb/ mutton
Silence is golden duct tape is silver
.
From what I understand they let their cows graze on wild grass, no pen feeding, makes for better butter, milk and beef.
