I just bought one of these little things to replace the boom box at the office. Am currently running a patch cord from the analogue outs through a 3.5mm adapter, but if I push it in all the way I lose the right channel. Will this take a coax digital in, instead of the analogue? (Left my directions at home, so I don't know if they shed any light)

NO. I made a patch cord from CAT 5 wires and cheap radio shack plugs. Worked better than the Monster cable patch cord.
just play with it till it works. I didn't have any trouble using an adaptor I got from Parts Express. My problem was getting the speaker wires to maintain solid contact.

I made short silver cables using wires from Homegrown Audio terminated with alligator plugs from Radio Shack.
