Kal do you experience the Pre90 not always responding to remote commands? I found remote operation to my Pre90 to be flaky and inconsistent even if the IR sensor and remote were in short range and in perfect alignment. It was like the Pre90 didn't always respond to the remote unless I tried a couple times.

    So it wasn't just me. Hopefully they fixed the issue in later releases.

      My Pre90 does not have any problem responding to the remote when it is within range (or using the extender). I did notice that if the display is off (timed out), the first press of any remote button turns on the display without doing anything else, then the second press performs the function.
