Have not heard much of them in the news since those ultimate accolades of a few years back. Have they turned into audiophile classics or have the audiophile population seen them for what they are: accurate and detailed but lacking musical soul as vehemently described by those who dislike the sound, or both?How do Halcros stand up to the best amps on offer today, especially the new low cost breed of class D's?
