here's where it started to work. you have to follow exactly.

1 tablespoon of Nescafe Clasico instant coffee in a large cup filled with cold water, stir clockwise.

then two coors lights (beer), drink one, follow with Coffee, then follow sipping the other coors light in between coffee sips until nothing is left. Also very important have a pack of cigarettes in the morning, you'll have about 6 hours to finish one pack, then during the experiment which shouldn't be more than another 70 minutes (length of RIAA CD) finish another pack of cigarettes.

Then finish with aspirin and a glass of water.

I have to say I've done this over and over.
