I very much doubt that Stereophile would review such an amplifier.

I think they wouldn't consider a brand that sells direct and builds to customers' requirements, so quality may vary from amp to amp. They tend (quite rightly in my view) to review only "mainstream" product where one can expect every one to perform identically. They used to have a policy that review products should be available from at least XX dealers, though I can't recall what the number was.

Their review of the NAD M33 that uses the Purifi technology was exceptionally good and the M33 went on to be chosen as their Amplifier of the Year, overall Component of the Year and Editors' Choice - perhaps the only device that has ever picked up all three awards.
