Bryston was borderline boring to me I suppose but it was the overly analytical, clinical, lean, clean, sound that had me wondering where its soul went ;-)
I tried injecting some soul into my 7BSST2 monoblock pair by trying a couple different tube preamps.... along with tube rolling. It didn't help. These Bryston monoblocks left their souls in the resting place for the dead.
