OT: finest dry semillon I ever had.

When I visited the Hunter Valley and places north-west, each place I stopped I asked if there any wines I shouldn't really miss, that I should go out of my way to taste. Several people suggested the Horseshoe Cellars (it might have been Vineyards) Semillon. It was a very small place that required some effort to find. The Semillon there was indeed superb, but in a fatter, lower acid style than you describe. He had two vintanges available, and one was much better than the other. I brought some back to California, and it aged well for about five years. It was clear that there was no attempt anywhere I went to pronounce the name of the grape in a French way.
