Check this link out ("http://www.garage-a-records.com/"). They list 2 different models of "universal" headshells for straight tone arms. It is true that a number of straight arms from different manufacturers used headshells with identical mechanical characteristics.BTW, go ahead and contact "Needle Doctor" and "Lyle Cartridge", there is a good chance you can purchase the part you need from 1 of them.
