First off, forget using the Focal and ATC together. The Focal goes higher than the ATC (6kHz for the Focal, and only 4kHz for the ATC), so rather use two Focal in parallel. If you use only one or two Focal, go for a high sensitivity tweeter. The TAD-Pioneer ET-703 or the PT-R9 are excellent, but very expensive (I'd go for the ET-703 if you're going to use two Focal in parallel). There are other good high efficiency tweeters like the Fostex range, etc. Go high-efficiency. You won't be sorry.
