Don't beat yourself up. The Pass & Seymour outlets and plugs are carried at most lighting supply stores. The stores that sell lamps and chandeliers. Most large metro areas have lots of these stores and finding P&S components should be -no problem.I had driven the 2 miles to my Nearest HD and 6 miles to Lowes only to find the P&S parts at the lighting store next to the local supermarket 0.5 miles from the house. It seems the quality parts are readily available at the specialty stores and not at the Big Box contractor stores (HD, Lowes, etc.).
