Been using the Harris over ten years and they are still available in the TO220 package and was curious if anyone has compared the little 4a or 6a ones from Harris with the 4a Stealth......Didn't like the IR Hexfreds and wanted to steer clear of the Stealth if they are too warm and fuzzy like the IRs....Guess I'll do the work and report back.....
