AD8620 and 8066 can only be used with supply voltages less than +/-13V. Maybe the CD67 exceeds this.I would look into the AD826, which has a degenerated input pair and fairly high open-loop bandwidth. It is quite easy to use and behaves well in the presence of fast digital signals.
