I am in the process of replacing all of my speaker xover parts and pretty much asked the same question as you did. Since I know diddly squat about the differences with the high end caps I decided to call around. I stopped the phone calls after I spoke to Jeff Glowacki at Sonic Craft. This dude is cool and seems to know whatever you want to know about mods, xovers and the associated parts. With his advice and assistance I am completely overhauling my speakers.My old caps, inductors and resisters were by Elytone, looks like junk. I am switching to AudioCap Theta caps, Sonic Caps, Alpha Core inductors and Mills resistors. I can't wait to hear it all completed! Call Jeff, he is cool. His website address is: www.soniccraft.com
