HowdyShine-Ola uses mostly triple distilled quadruple deionized (or was it quadruple distilled triple deionized) water with a mild surfactant. The idea is to leave nothing behind when it dries. In particular there is no alcohol. In a demo the designer sprayed himself in his open eyes to show it was safe for discs :)
