The molex connector is a plastic internal wire connector in the PS Audio 300 that can be unclipped when using the external grounding screw on the back of the chasis of the PS 300. Hooking this up to a dedicated ground rod is supposed to really improve musical performance as per PS Audio. Are you saying that I should have another wire from the dedicated ground rod going back to ground on the main panel box where the dedicated line goes to? Will this create any noise or ground loop problems? My electrician says this will be a safer hookup, but the way it currently is he considers to be safe.
