I bought (16) octal tube sockets from them a few weeks ago. Well, the design of my amp changed suddenly and I was forced to go to another (non-octal) tube type.
Even though they have a "no-returns" policy, Chris Johnson was kind enough to accept the sockets for credit, minus a small restocking fee which I was glad to pay.
Not saying that they're going to do this every time, but at least Mr Johnson was willing to listen to my predicament and make an exception. That kind of personal treatment is getting rarer and rarer these days on the Internet.
