I don't think that having a dedicated line eliminates the need for power conditioning. My listening room also has a dedicated line for the audio outlets, but I'm using an Accuphase PS-1200 Clean Power Supply. The PS-1200 has a meter on it that allows you to check the percent distortion of the incoming AC waveform. I've found that the meter reading tends to fluctuate between 3% and 8% or so, with no obvious relationship to the use of other electrical devices in the house.
