Re: Make it adjustable

Well, make a box similar to Brightstar Big Rock (see their website). Just use wood or MDF for the 6 sides using glue/joint/nails. Leave about 1/2 inch air space between top plate and the sand. If you wanted to experiment with different sand levels, you will need a way of opening and closing the box again for sand-filling.
