I don't know the exact dimensions but at http://www.studiosoundelectronics.com you can buy a kit with "popular sizes" of tape drive belts.If the ADF660 is like my ADF990, part# CFBK-1 is the set with the flat belts.
If you have the broken original, there are instructions on measuring....
