When it comes to choosing caps for bypassing the LT1364, every stacked film cap I've tried with them, in the V+toV- method, resulted in loss of openness and musicality, the best cap I found to do so was the 0.1 NPO Kemet (see my recent post regarding).
As for bypassing to ground, this might alter the coupling capacitors original sound, butin some cases the overall performance improves.
