Three weeks ago I sent him PayPal payment and product description in the attached email. 9 days later I got my stuff via UPS. Seeing as that I am in NJ and he's in CA, with UPS ground being 7-8 business days from CA to NJ, he had to have shipped it out the next day. THAT is service!
