Born,Get a heat gun the type used for paint scraping. They sell these in high priced electronics rework stations for hundreds of dollars...
Anyway, make a cone out of aluminun foil and use sone high grade tape to affix it too the gun.
Now you can turn the thing on high and actually reheat the solder around the part and easily remove it.
Make sure you don't take the existing components around it off.
Clean up the pins after removal with solder wik. Then get some solder paste and paste each of the pads on the pcb.
With an exacto knife place the part on the board aligning all the pins on center. Use a real fine needle nose soldering tip and hit the corners of the opamp then do the rest.
I made up 4 of my dac boards yesterday... man I thought my ears where the first to go. I have contacts 1x glasses on under a magnifying light.
