best spkr/panel damping goop/paint - NB available world wide

Apart from applying shot and clay mix inside my 'spheres and on the driver frames is there a good damping goop or paint I can use on the inner surfaces, as an alternative to sheets - like Black hole - which I can't use.
NB Has to be available in Oz and in consumer sized containers.
Would In-car-audio shops be a good start?
