Goodness, get rid of those awful bridge rectifiers! 8=)Replacing the caps might not give you much for the money. I replaced 8 4700uF Chemi-con caps with Nichicon 6800uF Fine Gold (thanks for the samples Nichicon!) in my Classe' amp with not much improvement. You could try bypassing them first to see if it makes a difference. If bypassing makes little difference, then the caps are pretty good as they are. As for their age, if they are not leaking and you hear no strange noise with the amp on but disconnected from any source then they are not dried out either.
BTW: The 'HPS' appears to be an indicator of a high temperature rated cap.
