I Have performed the same operation on differant brand Loudspeaker.Have found the values of caps to vary slightly, originals were electrolytic, polypropylene are more efficient so I had to add a couple of uf to compensate.
Also increased the gage of inductor..found the value wanted to be reduced by 50% !
Internal wiring is all 12g pure copper-multistrand. You will get as many opinions as snowflakes regarding internal wiring, and that changes daily. Did you know that you are a research scientist ? ;-)
Part of the fun I think.Moral, be prepared to have to fine tune your new Xovers regardless.
