Over the past two years, I've made several panels based on the Risch formulas and half a dozen tubes which were loosely based on designs I've seen. I've just completed four 4 foot by 16 inch tubes built exactly the way Jon specified. After all this construction, all I can say is "DO IT JONS WAY"!!! The panels tamed an 18x29 foot room with an unreal flutter echo into a well mannered listening room. A floor to ceiling corner panel (2 feet wide) did more to improve the sound to another leval than any other purchase I've ever made. Make sure they are snugly placed in the corners. The tubes are so effective that it's going to take a little time to place them properly but, boy do they ever work! Once again, do it Jons way first. Room treatment wise, you'll be 90% of the way there. Thanks Jon!
