Hi can anyone tell me,I have a CD auto-changer for a car that suffered damage from a nasty spike.I've managed to fire it up and it works fine except for the Audio is DISTORTED!!I'm assuming a dead op-amp and can find no info on its chips.Could i test it with a simple Transistor amp.ie perhaps a single stage audio amp with an Emitter Follower?
