I wanted to install a dedicated power line for my system. What type of wire would be best? Would there be an advantage to 10 over 12 guage? Stranded or solid?Any special type of wire better than others? It is code here to use emt conduit. Is there any special way of braiding or preparing the cable before running it in the conduit?
