The distances involved are far too short to justify anything even mildly exotic. If you want to spend more than you have to feel free, but it's the rare speaker that will benefit from doing so. A logical choice is magnet wire of the same gauge as that used in the largest inductor of the crossover. The potential/dubious benefits of using three feet of anything more expensive should be rendered well into focus when you consider that the signal is going to be going through said inductor and its associated wire anyway.
