Build a flexy rack?

For very little money you can build a simple flexy rack ( in case you're not familiar with these, they offer flexible shelf configuration, not structural flexing). A properly constructed simple flexy rack will be stiffer than most of the commercial racks in the $300 range (at least the ones I've seen). All you need is some threaded rod, nuts, washers, and shelf material (I favor light stiff woods, such as birch ply, over MDF which is well damped, but not very stiff nor light). If you'd like more specifics on flexy rack construction, simply search the Tweaker's archives or reply here and I'll be happy to answer.
