Changing the resistance of the inductors could shift the crossover frequencies somewhat and slightly alter the woofer Q. These may or may not be audible. Since your inductor in the tweeter circuit is in a parallel arrangement, there will be little in the way of an audible improvement by replacing it. The woofer inductor could be replaced by a foil or even a 14ga. perfect lay inductor without much change because the resistance of the 20ga. is pretty low. I doubt the foil inductor will be audibly any better than a standard wire inductor, but since the price is about the same, what the hey...
