Hi,I do know that White Noise audio stocks the 0.1% welwyn resitors. The other person you may want to ask in Dan Banquer (LNPA 150 amp), if you can find his website. He posted on audiocircle and said he'd used the 0.1% vishay bulk foils, in terms of distortion etc (if you're in to measurements they're the best).
