Well they are switching amps, but in some ways they don't react differently than linear amps.-addition of 5uF PP caps right across two rails on the boards improved transient speed and mid/high smoothness
-due to big fluctuations on power draw vs output power (like class AB/B), it likes to be plugged directly to wall instead of filtered or current limited
The tricky part is to contain and reduce switchin noises. And so far, I'm very happy with what I heard. It has very good transparency & resolution.
