you have probably seen it already under other trade name.
It is used to fix posters on the wall. In Canada there are various brands selling for 1/3 of Bostik BluTac price.
Look for yellow or blue 'gum' in hobby shops or office supply shops.
It does not dry out like chewing gum, leaves slightly oily trace when removed. It can be reused over and over again.
