Sorry for not making it clearer. I meant the big bypass electrolytic caps used in PS right after rectifying diodes.I have no hum or oscillation problem at all (checked by a 350MHz Tek scope).
What I'm trying to figure out is if I can get the bass to tighten up by increase the capacitance value.
Also, I did measure 1V of output stage PS drop (+/-46VDC to +/-45VDC) when one channel was driving 40Vpp (14VAC) into 8ohm load. I don't know if this is good enough either.
