You bring to my attention that dumping the diodes' noise into the powersupply ground surely is not a good idea, I think this is the exact reason why the sonic resulted after this mod is not very convincing.This mod was attempted in the CD player analogy supply section. The stock diodes used are already some kind of fact acting soft recovery type. Perhaps my best solution is to use Schottky.
