remembering that this is an inexpensive bit of testing gear. Your results are in line with what you might expect considering the natural roll-off of the meter. Keep in mind that deviations of 4dB from flat in the midrange aren't unusual, and that the meter is going to respond to more reflected energy in the midrange than in the treble. You don't necessarily want or need to shoot for a tighter chart than what you're getting. The main benefit of this meter is that it will tell you if there are large (over 6dB)ripples in your response, which there aren't. You feel a good bass impact from your system for the simple reason that most bass energy comes from the 50 to 100 Hz band, not the 25 to 50 Hz range. You seem pleased with the sound of your system- don't over analyze it, enjoy it.
