The cooling system is the problem, not the audio system. More then likey, it's the compressor(s) on the unit that giving you the trouble,they have a good deal of mass and vibrate like hell. Just install/upgrade the shock mounts on them, (rubber/spring type). If you are getting vibration from the fans, feather the vanes/blades to reduce this. The fans can be remounted useing a shock system. If the cooling system is an out board unit, shock mount the entire thing.Another consideration is the can foam insulation, I used that to deaden my ceiling fan with good results.
