I've wondered myself. You could get pre-cut panels from the lumberyard and do the glue-up yourself. You probably want them open anyway until you're sure about xover, port, stuffing and other placement.I had a contractor friend cut some in Brooklyn on his table saw. Problem was, he's a contractor and close was good enough for him. A woodworker would never settle for that. (I was building a pair for him as payment for some work.)
Cutting driver circles is harder to do and only a cabinet maker would probably be willing to do it, for a fee of course. Or better yet, find a shop with CNC equipment. You won't have to trim because everything will be a perfect fit.
Don't worry about skill. I did it without any prior woodworking and they came out great.
