So, I got a pair of these super tweeters from Radio Shack, supposedly good for 40KHz. You connect them by wiring them to the speaker terminals.My speakers are rated at 8 Ohms, and the super tweets are rated:
Impedance: 8 ohms, +/- 15% at 6 kHz, 1.0 volt.So, what happens to the aggregate resistance when you wire one of these rat shack miracles to an 8 Ohm speaker?
