Sourcing classy volume knobs

Hi,
I've just finished building a tube hybrid linestage in a stainless steel chassis, and am looking for classy looking volume knobs.

Preferably around 36mm (1.5") diameter, about 18mm to 20mm (0.75") deep, gold coloured, to suit 6.4mm (0.25") shaft pot, and with groove that runs down the side of the knob to the base. I've done searches all over the place but can't seem to find much, there is very little in the Michael Percy and AES catalogs. THL Audio in Taiwan seem to have a good range but don't respond to any e-mails.

I'm in Melbourne, Australia but am happy to order from anywhere.

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
