Used to be that many would use a higher voltage cap as it was considered to perform better. But that isn't considered as true today. Also, because an electrolytic cap needs voltage across it to keep it "formed", the general feeling is that a higher voltage cap, will in time under lower voltage across it, become "formed" at the lower voltage level. So basically it is up to you. Going to a higher voltage cap isn't going to harm anything other than your wallet. However I see no advantage in going more than the normal safety margin of 20-25% over actual voltage that the cap will see.
