Op-Amp Circuit Turn Off THUMP

64.109.19.160

Any way to tame a turn off thump? This circuit is a low pass filter for subs based on op-amps. Its power supply is based on a 14 pin DIP Precision Dual Tracking +/- 15 VDC regulator similar to the ECG921. The regulator circuit also has 15K resistors from each rail and their center connection goes to the Balance Adjust pin (#2)-- which I assume helps the regulator to maintain a balance between +/- voltages.

Each channel has a little pot to null out any DC offset, which has been done.

I have read these transients are the result of one power supply rail unloading prior to the other thus sending a DC transient to the output.

Any simple fix for this turn off transient, other than installing an outboard AC relay to mute outputs?

Thanks......................
