Cool, Gerald, thanks - that sounds like a fairly simple solution.
Questions - which end of the diode goes to the opamp output and which end goes to neg. PS?
And, does the value of 2~2.2 mA work for just about all audio-purpose opamps? (That's what I've seen so far...)
Is there a type or brand of Diode that works best (sonically) for this?
I'm looking at doing some capacitor upgrades (Black Gate, good film, etc.) as well. Could you talk about what you did specifically, and what kinds of results you got? (I have a Sony DVD/SACD player (NV500 or something like that) and I'd like to lessen it's "digital" sound quality and improve the bass.)
