You've got your thiel small wotsits of course, but what I found was that in practice the size wasn't too important as tuning was very easily taken care of by adjusting port size/length.If you think about it, floorstanding speakers usually have a standmount equivalent using the same drivers only different reflex port dimensions.
Crossovers are designed with a specific cabinet dimension in mind but unless you are going to alter the dimensions dramatically I wouldn't be too concerned personally; choice of cabinet lining/filling will probably be far more critical and again the scope for tweaking the sound is considerable.
If you're changing the tweeter I assume you'll be altering the crossover anyway, and you may need to decide on cabinet size before doing this.Best Regards,
