Muse caps are very good. Panasonic FC are quite decent and cheap and easier to get. Positive reg: LM1086 adjustable. Negative reg: LM337 (adjustable). These are inexpensive regs that are better than the ones you mentioned. All parts mentioned can be had from Digi-Key.I tend to bypass with MKP, but better caps (like Black Gates etc., maybe even Muse) may be worse with this. You have to try it.
