I don't know the product but Digital Displays have a driver as well so either the driver or the display or both are bad possibly. There is a company called Howard Sams Photo-facts that produces electronic schematics for MANY MANY electronic products. They are available @ GOOD Electronics Stores(NOT RS) usually or I have found them @ University Librarys you could copy them there. They also have a website to order them fromThen are you electronically inclined? Use a meter or Oscilliscope? follow a schematic? A company called Digi-Key (digi-key.com) sells most components and can help with cross referencing IC's if necessary
